Madison Hubbs, The word persistence means to keep on doing something. One time I was persisting was when I kept teasing my brother. Summary, Terrence wanted to find a fossil. But it was hard. Then his dad told him to sit down but he said no. so he slowed down and found a fossil. Text to self, One time I went to a swimming lesson and I had some trouble and I did not give up. Neither did Terrence.
Terrence was looking for fossils in the same place again. It was getting dark, the night before they go home. He was searching and searching back and forth. When the sky was turning purple-ish they were going back to the place except Terrence. He wanted to keep looking for a fossil. His dad said to "come on! It has been more than an hour.” Mr. Chang watched him until he found an oval shaped rock. It looked like a dinosaur head; with 2 eye spots, a few sharp teeth, 2 spots for ears, and its jaws.
